Point de Sainte-Barbe is a small promontory on the north side of the bay on which Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Ciboure are situated. As you can see it's a recreational area where people come to enjoy the sunlight a day like this one. What the small white house is, I don't recall, but I don't think it was anything special.
